Chef Giovanni Apollo in your kitchen…

I’m a big fan of chef Giovanni Apollo. To say that I like his food would be an understatement: I LOVE IT! I had the chance to taste it on numerous occasions and each time it was pure pleasure! So I was really happy when I found out that Cool & Simple, a montreal company that sells upscale frozen food, was offering some dishes from this chef. Can you imagine having lunch with Apollo in your kitchen?… well not him, but his food. It’s almost like you went to his restaurant and came back home with some leftovers to enjoy later. In just 5 minutes from the freezer to your plate.  A dream come true after a hard day at work or on a rainy day like today.

For just $9,99 per portion. Yes, you read it right. Less than $10 to enjoy a fabulous meal. Today, at lunch, I had the “Ribs de bison laqué BBQ et polenta au parmesan” ( buffalo BBQ ribs with parmesan polenta). No additives in the list of ingredients, just real products like buffalo ribs, veal stock, zucchinis, hoisin sauce and olive oil. DE-LI-CIOUS!
