Alsace au menu, a magical event where we had the chance to taste Giovanni Apollo’s food paired with selected Alsatian wines. It is the closest you can get to Heaven while staying alive!

Just before Christmas, I discovered this great product from Australia: Wild Hibiscus Flowers in Syrup. In addition to being beautiful, they are delicious. They are a real show stopper! Serve them with champagne and you will make a hit!

I am already a big fan on My Cup of Tea (MCOT), a little tea shop from Montreal that also sells their products online. The owners are young and hip and they are trying to jazz up and democratize the tea culture.
